We had amazing stay here. The location property is just amazing. Access road is bit under construction but it's just some patch. One side river and across the road sea location is really amazing. You can enjoy the private beach. The rooms are clean and good. People are very cooperative. Food is very tasty. It's made as per our order. We are vegetarians and had very nice experience. We ordered उकडीचे मोदक, बटाट्याचे काप. We had solkadhi with our every meal. Tip: We have to tell them in advance for the meal time, their dinner time is post 8.30, so if you want early dinner you have to request accordingly. They have electric kettle in the room but don't supply tea bags, milk powder sache, so if you carry your own things you can make tea/ coffee in the room. ~ Manasi H

Had a wonderful stay at Raapan Beach Resort. The beach is absolutely beautiful, with lovely spots and well-arranged setups perfect for pictures. The food was delicious, the service was warm and attentive, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We also had an amazing boat experience with Amol (from Kokān Ek Swarga) to Kandalvan and Juva Island, which was truly enjoyable. The dolphin ride was a highlight of our trip — we spotted more than 20 dolphins in the morning! Overall, it was a perfect beach getaway and I would highly recommend it. The resort is located right next to the beach, which is clean, peaceful, and not crowded at all — it almost feels like a private beach. ~ Parth R

Rooms - excellent with fully working a/c, geyser, lights....the rooms have a modern touch to them and are quite well maintained Service - The manager seems to be very humble and responsible person....plus the service provided is very good Location - The road upto the resort is a bit messed up although the resort has just a 1-2 min walk up to the beach....they have their own shack with 2 resting beds, tables, chairs and swings..... Food - Authentic coastal (malvani) food which is right in the amount of spices and taste, although limited options are available due to the remote location......food prices are justified due to the location Overall - 5 stars..........if you plan to visit tondavali, this resort is highly recommended ~ Aniket M

"One of the best resorts I have visited. The staff was really helpful and friendly. From the balcony, we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. As soon as you come out of the resort, there is a direct path leading to the beach. It felt like a private beach, very clean and clear water. Beautiful scenery and a peaceful environment." The location is truly amazing as the hotel is located right on the beach. The sea view rooms with balcony is comfortable for 2 ADT and 1 CHD in the king size bed. There is no space for an additional mattress. The cupboard can accommodate all your bags. No fridge in the room. No work desk to work on your laptop. Bathroom is spacious. Wi-Fi was good as mobile connections could be weak sometimes. Plenty of covered parking opposite the hotel. They have shacks type restaurant on the beach. There are a couple of swings, beach chairs and hammock on their private beach. The beach looked shallow and u can spend quality time over there. They serve good food in their restaurant not very expensive and very tasty food. The owners are super nice and helpful. U can book your water activities from the resort. staff are helpful. only issue is the approach road to the resort which goes thru a forest and a bit of bumpy ride on the rough patch. On our Konkan trip, we enjoyed our stay at Raapan beach resort. This property is very close to Tondavali beach. We had a sea-facing room with a balcony. The rooms are clean & hygienic. The staff is very helpful & generous. The owner Mr Yogesh & his wife are lovely people. They both personally pay attention to everything to make sure that your stay at Raapan is comfortable. The food served by them is yummiest & the quantity is also good. They also arranged a candle light dinner on the beach on our request. Overall, a best place to stay & enjoy a beach & nature. ~ Nupura A

This has been our BEST stay on our Konkan Road trip. Excellent location, 2 min walking distance to the beach. The Beach- The most comfortable Deck Chairs with a white curtained canopy, table and chairs to enjoy your evening sit out,hammocks,tap and shower all provided by the property. The rooms- Neat and clean with ensuite bathroom and sea view balcony,well thought out furniture for every requirement. A suggestion- An electric kettle,Glasses and drinking water can be included. The food- Excellent food with a homely touch. We were lucky to have food made by the owner Manisha herself. The best Ghavan I have ever had. Soft delicate and lacy.Very pleasant staff. Ever smiling,attentive and helpful attendant Pritesh. Eco friendly thatched roof dining area. A suggestion- Food could be served on Banana leaves since there is an abundance of it in the area. A special word for the owner Yogesh and his wife Manisha who are succesfully running this property with a quiet zest and zeal. ~ Deepali D

5 stars to start. The resort is clean and very hygienic. Positive vibes that we felt during our stay. Room charges are also justified as per location and cleanliness. Best for families. Food is very authentic and you may customise as per your needs. Rooms have smart TV's which is great. Air conditioning works great. Also guest rooms to drivers which is an added advantage. Recently visited Malvan from Pune and stayed at this beautiful resort. The wooden cottages are newly built, very clean, and well maintained. The washrooms were surprisingly big and hygienic, which made the stay even more comfortable. AC was working perfectly throughout. The best part is the privacy and calm environment—no crowd, just pure peace. The beach is easily accessible within minutes. Overall, a perfect place to relax and unwind. From the rooms to the service everything was up to date.. It's a new resort opened just a little more than a year and the quality is exquisite.. I suggest travellers to come and stay here and experience the place.. The owner Mr Yogesh and well respected man in the vicinity is soft and kind hearted and very helpful. Our experience at raapan was really amazing we overall booked 4 rooms as it was our family trip . The room were clean and spacious enough every basic thing like wifi hot water 24 hours and other necessities were provided they really looked after their guest very well and all were very coordinated. Our family enjoyed a stay.Though resort is really inside from main raod it's worth going there. We would surely like to visit them again soon. Best sea view from the room.. BEST FOOD.. (Trust me. ) For lunch we had food from Raapan and for dinner we though to check Atithi bamboo for a change but that was a mistake.. ..Fish was tawa fry and not deep fry which was a big PLUS ... for the breakfast we ordered Modak and Ghavaan .. Ghavaan was also too good.. simply yummy..will surely visit again.. we also happened to meet owner who visits on weekend .. very down to earth guy ~ Prasad K

Good Hospitality is the key and in Raap an beach resort you will experience this. We are there for two days, rooms are clean with all new modern facilities. Food is amazing and at right cost. Owner family is helpfull. They have suggested kandalvan safari ( aachara) when boating in the sea is not available which was very good. Stayed here recently and really loved the vibe of this place. It’s peaceful, calm, and the direct access to the sea makes it even more special. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Very good beach resort, beach is at walkable distance, you just have to cross the road. Resort owner (Mr. & Mrs. Malvankar), staff, and other team members are very supportive, nice. Food is very tasty, specially 'Modak', my kids loved it. I booked room with sea facing view, and the view was really amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed at Raapan resort for 2 nights. Their service was really good staff very courteous and friendly. breakfast lunch dinner all were very delicious. Owner and the staff were very accommodating. The raapan Resort stay was awesome. The vibe was perfect. Rooms were clean and modern. Food was super yummy, especially the Ukadiche Modak, and the staff were really sweet and kind. We even had a guided boat trip through the resort with Mr. Amol, which was also the best. Overall, we totally enjoyed our stay. Worth it. ~ Joy n
