Rooms - excellent with fully working a/c, geyser, lights....the rooms have a modern touch to them and are quite well maintained Service - The manager seems to be very humble and responsible person....plus the service provided is very good Location - The road upto the resort is a bit messed up although the resort has just a 1-2 min walk up to the beach....they have their own shack with 2 resting beds, tables, chairs and swings..... Food - Authentic coastal (malvani) food which is right in the amount of spices and taste, although limited options are available due to the remote location......food prices are justified due to the location Overall - 5 stars..........if you plan to visit tondavali, this resort is highly recommended ~ Aniket M

On our Konkan trip, we enjoyed our stay at Raapan beach resort. This property is very close to Tondavali beach. We had a sea-facing room with a balcony. The rooms are clean & hygienic. The staff is very helpful & generous. The owner Mr Yogesh & his wife are lovely people. They both personally pay attention to everything to make sure that your stay at Raapan is comfortable. The food served by them is yummiest & the quantity is also good. They also arranged a candle light dinner on the beach on our request. Overall, a best place to stay & enjoy a beach & nature. ~ nupura a

This has been our BEST stay on our Konkan Road trip. Excellent location, 2 min walking distance to the beach. The Beach- The most comfortable Deck Chairs with a white curtained canopy, table and chairs to enjoy your evening sit out,hammocks,tap and shower all provided by the property. The rooms- Neat and clean with ensuite bathroom and sea view balcony,well thought out furniture for every requirement. A suggestion- An electric kettle,Glasses and drinking water can be included. The food- Excellent food with a homely touch. We were lucky to have food made by the owner Manisha herself. The best Ghavan I have ever had. Soft delicate and lacy.Very pleasant staff. Ever smiling,attentive and helpful attendant Pritesh. Eco friendly thatched roof dining area. A suggestion- Food could be served on Banana leaves since there is an abundance of it in the area. A special word for the owner Yogesh and his wife Manisha who are succesfully running this property with a quiet zest and zeal. ~ Deepali D

5 stars to start. The resort is clean and very hygienic. Positive vibes that we felt during our stay. Room charges are also justified as per location and cleanliness. Best for families. Food is very authentic and you may customise as per your needs. Rooms have smart TV's which is great. Air conditioning works great. Also guest rooms to drivers which is an added advantage. The resort itself was absolutely lovely, and we genuinely appreciate all the assistance provided, especially by Bhaskar, who was incredibly helpful throughout our visit. A special thanks for recommending the local boatman, Amol, for the Mangroves Forest and Dolphin Point ride. It was a unique and unforgettable experience! Our experience at raapan was really amazing we overall booked 4 rooms as it was our family trip . The room were clean and spacious enough every basic thing like wifi hot water 24 hours and other necessities were provided they really looked after their guest very well and all were very coordinated. Our family enjoyed a stay.Though resort is really inside from main raod it's worth going there. We would surely like to visit them again soon. From the rooms to the service everything was up to date.. It's a new resort opened just a little more than a year and the quality is exquisite.. I suggest travellers to come and stay here and experience the place.. The owner Mr Yogesh and well respected man in the vicinity is soft and kind hearted and very helpful. The cook and the food both are superb. The staff Mayur will behave as if he knows u since years and run around to fulfill ur wishes.. Strongly suggest to have a stay here.. ~ riyaz s

Good Hospitality is the key and in Raap an beach resort you will experience this. We are there for two days, rooms are clean with all new modern facilities. Food is amazing and at right cost. Owner family is helpfull. They have suggested kandalvan safari ( aachara) when boating in the sea is not available which was very good. Best sea view from the room.. BEST FOOD.. (Trust me. ) For lunch we had food from Raapan and for dinner we though to check Atithi bamboo for a change but that was a mistake.. ..Fish was tawa fry and not deep fry which was a big PLUS ... for the breakfast we ordered Modak and Ghavaan .. Ghavaan was also too good.. simply yummy..will surely visit again.. we also happened to meet owner who visits on weekend .. very down to earth guy ~ Prasad K

Best beachside Resort in Malvan, Tondavali Beach Resort is Best for Family..kids friendly & very safe. Tondavali Talashil Beach is very clean & Less crowded. Hotel Rooms are very clean & washroom also very neat & clean.They have Generator backup for whole Property. Food quality is awesome. must try Modak & Prawns fry. This is the best hotel I have stayed in, in India, which is not five star, but gives you the same service and quality as a five star hotel.
